Sales, deliveries, and returns

We take payments in British Pounds Sterling only using Stripe. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

We will normally process an order on the next working day.

If you are not happy with your purchase, then you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, then you are responsible for packing, arranging, and paying for return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. When we have received the returned piece safely in its original condition, then we will refund your purchase payment within 14 days.

We pack each piece carefully. If you receive a piece that has been damaged in transit, then please contact me within 7 days and if possible supply a photograph which details the damage.
